Study the molecule species of phosphatidylethanolamine class in soft coral \(\textit{Sinularia flexibilis}\) lipid at different times of the year

Samples of soft coral Sinularia flexibilis were collected in February, May, August, November Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. The content molecular species phosphatidylethanolamine class the lipid obtained samples has been determined. Identified 14 types PE molecule species, which alkenylacyl 18:1e/20:4 highest concentration, ranging from 51.35% to 63.16% 4 samples, and lowest concentrations a sample August November, respectively. May have lower diacyl ratio than February. This study identified alkylacyl concentration August. fatty acids present this are 17:1, 18:1, 18:2, 19:1, 20:4, 24:5. percentage total by each acid is similar between months. containing 20:4n was 80.08–84.27% class, difference not significant samples. There an inverse correlation PUFA proportional 24:5n acids.
